Lilian Marijnissen (39) from Oss gave birth to a daughter on Tuesday evening. The girl is called Lara Marie Jansen Marijnissen. She came too early, Marijnissen was actually supposed to give birth in October.
The former SP parliamentary group leader shared the message on her Instagram account. “We are happy and proud,” she wrote with a photo of the newborn baby.
The birth started prematurely and went quickly, she continues. “That’s why we will stay together in the hospital for a while, where we are fortunately in very good hands.”
Marijnissen announced in April that she and her partner Joeri Jansen were expecting a child. In December 2023, she stepped down as party leader of the SP.
