In mid-2019 the song “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X was at the top of the most streamed songs worldwide with 1.337 billion streams. Now it is again the rapper himself who takes the lead and gradually overtakes his rap colleagues.
With 52.01 million streams, Lil Nas X is currently the (male) rapper with the most monthly listeners. This puts it in 12th place worldwide and even overtakes rapper DaBaby, who now falls in 13th place with 51.88 million monthly listeners. The rapper with the most listeners is Doja Cat: She ranks seventh worldwide with 58.39 million streams and is even far ahead of Lil Nas X and DaBaby.
Although the list is updated monthly, the rapper is understandably very happy about it and thanks his listeners.

Lil Nas X landed the hit of 2019 with the song “Old Town Road”, the song received quadruple platinum and diamond status. His current song “Industry Baby” went straight to number 2 on the US charts.
