Scenes like in Hollywood movies took place last night in the Alexandru cel Bun neighborhood in Iasi. A man was shot in the neck from a car. The individual was taken to the Emergency Reception Unit of St. Spiridon’s Hospital in Iasi in a personal car.
UPDATE: A SMURD Iași crew went to the scene, but the victim was no longer there.
“After the shooting, there was the SMURD, but I didn’t find him there anymore. He had gone to the hospital in a private car,” said Prof. Dr. Diana Cimpoeșu, head of UPU SMURD Iași.

The doctors of UPU Iași have sent details about the patient’s health.
“A 40-year-old man, with a wound in the anterior cervical region, was brought to this police station in a private car, in front of the block in Alexandru, by a shot from a car (he knew him as far as I understood). Right pneumothorax diagnosed and drained in the UPU, hospitalized in the 1st surgery clinic – thoracic surgery department”, reported the representatives of the UPU Iași.
Law enforcement officers have studded area and started an investigation to find out exactly what happened.
