While waiting for its theatrical release on April 2, Like a wave will be presented Friday afternoon at the Imperial Cinema in front of an audience of 250 masked and distanced spectators. After several months of confinement, Jean-Marc Vallée is delighted to finally be able to return to a movie theater. “It will be fun to see the film with other spectators and to be able to meet together after the screening to discuss it. We are so bored of human interactions, ”concludes the Quebec filmmaker, who should begin filming in November for his next film recounting the love story between John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
