Footballers Paris St. Germain in the 27th round of the French league won 2:0 on the pitch of their great rival Marseille. The sovereign leaders of the competition played without Lucas Beraldo, who was suspended, from the 40th minute, but they managed to score twice even in a weakened state. The defending champions have a 12-point lead over second-placed Brest, who won 1-0 in Lorient today.
Beraldo received a red card for a foul on the escaping Aubameyang, but his team still won the league clash between rivals from France’s two biggest cities for the fifth time in a row. In the 53rd minute, Vitinha finished off a quick break, and in the end Ramos, who replaced the star gunner Mbappé on the field, added the insurance.
Marseille have not scored against PSG in the league for the fourth time in a row and are in seventh place in the table.
