After the important victory for OGC Nice against Stade de Reims (2-1), the 15th day of Ligue 1 continued this Sunday evening. Behind PSG, Nice and Monaco, LOSC had to win at Clermont in order to get back on the podium. But the Mastiffs fell into the trap and could do no better than bring home a draw. Clermont could even have made the hold-up after a great action from Allevinah (50th). A good result for the CF63, which takes an important point in the race to maintain and keeps four points ahead before the OL match. On the other hand, LOSC may have regrets since it remains three points behind Monaco and sees Brest getting closer.
Because for their part, the Brestois achieved the perfect move by overcoming Metz thanks to an achievement at the end of the match from Le Douaron (1-0, 75th). An important victory at the end of a hotly contested match which allows SB29 to climb to fifth place, two points behind LOSC. Finally, Le Havre thought they had snatched a draw against Strasbourg thanks to a goal from Salmier in the second half (1-1, 49th). But at the very end of the match, on a final corner, Sylla gave RCSA victory. The HAC concedes another defeat and does not advance, but Strasbourg takes three very important points in the race to maintain and climbs to 10th place. A not very prolific multiplex, but which forces OL to win their match against Toulouse and gain points to get closer to the other pursuers.
