Although they are currently unable to receive guests in the Lighthouse Youth Center, the team has come up with many different activities for children and young people. Children and adolescents meet via a wide variety of digital channels, such as on Discord or over Zoom-Meetings to do handicrafts, play, cook and bake together or stay active in sports.

The employees are there for children and young people via WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and have an open ear for all matters. Here happy, sad, beautiful and depressing things as well as worries and problems will always find an open ear and a helping hand at this time.
Various bags can be picked up from Tuesday to Friday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Lighthouse. They contain ingredients for cooking and baking, materials for handicrafts, puzzle fun and small rewards for solved digital puzzles. Board games can also be borrowed at this time. Of course, there is still time for a little “chat” at the door from a distance. During this period there is always a pedagogical employee on site who is ready to listen to the worries and needs of the kids and teenagers.
In addition, the Lighthouse team offers support with schoolwork. In addition to individual consultations via WhatsApp or on Discord there is also the possibility to have your school documents printed out in the Lighthouse. So that it really works, it makes sense to contact us beforehand.
