Light of China – Two days of training for deep work

• In-depth method expressing itself in slowness and power.

• Combines the 3 external harmonies (shoulders/hips, elbows/knees, wrists/ankles) and the 3 internal harmonies Jing/vital essence, Qi/breath, Shen/spirit, consciousness.

With this method, we begin a deep internal work and enter another level of practice and energy consciousness. The 6 harmonies are composed of 3 internal harmonies (the 3 treasures, Jing Qi Shen) and 3 external harmonies (shoulders/hips, elbows/knees, wrists/ankles). These harmonies represent a key Taoist notion of the reunion of the microcosm and the macrocosm. Through 6 movements, we develop inner and outer connections. The 5 elements: great classics of Chinese culture (wood, fire, earth, metal, water), they work in practice through the 5 fundamental steps – front, back, left, right, return to the center.

Speaker Michel Croce, direct student of Master Minyue from Wudang

Master Mingyue practiced martial arts from an early age and at age 15 became the disciple of Shifu TIAN LiYang, the 15th generation heir of Wudang’s Xuanwu style. He then practiced in the mountains for fifteen years, achieving an excellent mastery of all Taoist internal martial arts; Qigong, Taiji, Xingyi, Bagua, with bare hands as with weapons. Throughout his training, he had the opportunity to exchange with practitioners of many different styles and is recognized in Wudang and abroad for his martial efficiency and his love for the transmission of Wudang culture.
