San José Iturbide.- The Municipal Council of the area has resolved by majority to declare the “opportunity” of the public lighting service entrusted to third parties. This through the granting of a concession.

What the law says
Article 115 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States states that the Municipalities will be responsible for public functions and services.
