With the double shift in the Liga MXthere are nine teams that aim for a perfect week of nine points, once they won last weekend and that have the opportunity to add two more wins and thus put themselves in a good position in the general table of the Opening 2024.
The routes that some teams have are complex, but it certainly represents a good opportunity for clubs like Blue Cross y Toluca take distance in the leadership of the competition, in addition to others like America can reach qualifying positions.
Here are all the teams hoping for a nine-point week.

Puebla
La Franja is on a good run under the command of José Manuel de la Torre and after the 7th round in which they beat Querétaro 2-1, they arrive at the double round with seven points out of a possible nine, and they look to continue with the good form when they visit the Pumas. Atlas
The Rojinegros had a good boost after the Leagues Cup and are in the first five places of the championship. They convincingly beat Pachuca 2-0 and their next rival will be America. Tigers
The felines are one of the best teams in the tournament. Under the command of Veljko Paunovic, they have a solid style of play and a very deep squad. On matchday 7, they beat Atlético de San Luis 1-0 in a game that was complicated at times. This Tuesday, they will visit Querétaro and then go to the border to face Juárez and close a week that could keep them at the top of the general table.

FC Juárez
The Bravos finally won their first game this past weekend and it could be the morale boost they need to get out of the bottom of the standings. With a 1-0 win over Mazatlán, they earned three points for the first time and can move up to mid-table if they get two more wins. First, they will have a tough test against Monterrey at the Gigante de Acero. If they get the win against one of the best teams, they will face another equally powerful team like Tigres.
Necaxa
Los Rayos are in the middle of the table and had a solid 2-0 win against Pumas. The team from Aguascalientes is going from strength to strength in the campaign and collectively they are performing well, although far from what other teams are doing. To aspire to the perfect week they must win on Wednesday against Mazatlán and then receive Pumas. America.
Toluca
The Devils start as the second best team in the tournament and are coming off a 4-0 thrashing of Xolos de Tijuana. Renato Paiva’s team is one of the best players on a collective level. In search of the perfect week, they will visit Pachuca on Tuesday and will also close with a visit to Santos.
