The Puebla Strip will open with the entire Liga MX 2022 Clausura Tournament when it receives the Águilas del América in Cuauhtémoc on Friday, January 7 from 9:00 p.m., after the calendar of the next campaign was revealed on Sunday.
In total, the blue and white team will face eight home games, among which the opening day against América and the Pumas on date 13 against the UNAM Pumas, the only greats to visit Cuauhtémoc next semester.
The rematch against Chivas after what happened in the last semester in the playoffs will come on matchday seven at Akron. You will see The Celestial Machine of the Blue Cross on date nine at the Azteca.
Nicolás Larcamón’s team will close the competition on April 29 in Mazatlán, taking on the Gunslingers.
Puebla in the Clausura 2022 will try to return to the National Football League to keep its qualification streak alive for the big party. The Strip has been in the finals since Guardianes 2020, Guardianes 2021 and Grita México Apertura 2021.

In addition to the visits from America at the opening of the competition and Pumas on April 8, Puebla will attend Atlas, matchday five, in the two-time World Cup; Striped, date six; Braves, in the eighth round; Santos, in week 11; Necaxa, on matchday 16.
