Huawei’s P40 series made its debut in late March in France as elsewhere, embodied by the P40 and its Pro version.
Two models complemented by devices stamped Lite and therefore more affordable, but not only.
Because at its last conference, Huawei had unveiled the P40 Pro +, an even higher-end version of the P40 Pro, which was still awaiting availability.

We now know the price and availability of the device, whose recommended price is officially set at 1,299.99 euros, for availability from June 15.
True to its habits, Huawei will accompany it with a bonus: the smartphone will be supplemented by the Huawei Watch GT 2e watch (see our getting started) and FreeBuds 3i headphones offered.
As a reminder, the smartphone incorporates most of the features of the P40 Pro, starting with a 6.58-inch OLED screen (1200 x 2640 pixels), a Kirin 990 chip and 8 GB of RAM.
It nevertheless adopts a ceramic shell, promising increased resistance to scratches and shocks, offers wireless charging up to 40 W (against 27 W on the P40 Pro) and, above all, has five photo back modules.
The main, 50 MP, is identical to that of the P40 Pro, as well as its ultra-wide angle and its ToF sensor. But instead of a 5x periscopic zoom with an 8 Mpx sensor, the smartphone offers two, each with an 8 Mpx sensor: a 3x zoom and a 10x zoom, with periscopic structure there too.
What ensure a record optical zoom, but also a 20x hybrid zoom and even a 100x digital magnification.
