She took the cruel diagnosis bravely for the sake of her son

“I’m still in treatment, but I basically see it as a kind of treatment,” the actress said last fall in an interview with eXtra.cz, recalling the moment when the doctors told her the cruel diagnosis. She took the verdict very bravely. “My brain didn’t accept the possibility that I wouldn’t be able to handle it with that little baby,” said Kuklová at the time.

“It’s just that losing his mom can’t happen to him, because because his dad is in Moravia, he grew up only with me, he’s in my care, and yet he connected with me in a different way. He was terribly connected to me the whole time and I was his closest confidant,” she explained to eXtra.cz.
