Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk calls on Ukrainians to mobilize – Latest and current news of Ukraine and the world, news of the day online

The commander of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, calls on Ukrainians to mobilize to the army and not to believe Russian propagandists about “unjust mobilization” in Ukraine.

As Ukraine is young, the relevant post informs Oleksandr Pavlyuk posted on Facebook on Monday.

“We have Western weapons at our disposal. We know and understand the plans of the enemy. We have talented and experienced commanders. Two years ago we defended Kyiv, and now we are hitting military targets a thousand kilometers from the contact line with our own military technologies. But no matter how much help we receive, no matter how many weapons we have, we lack people,” said the commander of the Ground Forces.

According to him, “the equipment does not drive by itself, the weapon does not shoot by itself, the drone does not fly by itself,” so the units must be updated.

Pavlyuk also stated: “Russian propagandists have made many believe that mobilization is not about protecting one’s country from an aggressor, but about injustice and violation of rights. I understand people’s desire to live a peaceful life, travel, build a career. But there are “objective reality: Russia denies us the right to exist. The enemy understands only the language of force.”

In his opinion, the invaders must be forced to leave, and if the Ukrainians do not do this, then “there will be no peaceful life, no rights and freedoms at all.” What is evidenced by the Russian Federation itself and what it is doing in the temporarily occupied territories.

“The more Ukrainians find the courage to join the ranks of the Armed Forces, the fewer chances Russia will have to implement its bloodthirsty plans. And the sooner Ukrainian cities will return to a normal, safe life. Therefore, I urge Ukrainians to leave their emotions behind and not succumb to provocations.

We have to realize that no one will be able to sit down. After all, the fate of the state, the fate of our nation is at stake. Russia will not leave anyone alone: neither those who hid, nor those who betrayed Ukraine,” the commander said.

The lieutenant general reminded that after passing the basic general military training, employees get into military units, and not necessarily into combat positions.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine need various specialists: drivers, clerks, cooks, construction workers, IT workers, accountants, doctors, engineers. You can verify my words by opening job search sites – there are all these vacancies,” Pavlyuk added.

Under Pavlyuk’s post, many Ukrainians criticize him for the fact that no one has been punished for the real, and not invented by Russian propagandists, many representatives of the TCC. For example, without real criminal cases against uniform thieves, volunteers are unlikely to be found.

As “UM” reported, near Izmail armed soldiers in masks kidnapped a 14-year-old teenager with an athletic physique. When they found out about his age, they threw him out of the bush in the middle of the fields. The villagers suspect the TCC representatives of this crime.
