On December 31 at 10 p.m., the Latvian Liepāja House Society invites you to welcome the year 2025 together at the “New Year’s Golden Mask Ball” – a festive evening with elegant costumes and luxurious mystery, charming performances and a musical program throughout the night, tells SIA “Liepājas Latvian Society” about marketing and public relations expert Kristena Sokolovska.
The dose of New Year’s Eve humor for everyone present will be provided by the group of actors of the Daile Theater “Ilga”, who will take to the stage with musical and fun performances . Behind the mask will be the members of the ensemble – three charming and singing actors: Gundars Silakaktiņs, Aldis Siliņš and Lauris Subatnieks.
As the masks fall, the band “Tumsa” will return to the stage at midnight and ring in the New Year powerfully, which brought exactly 25 years ago to the stage of the Latvian Society House in Liepāja on New Year’s Eve New. The group consists of Jānis Daugalis (bass, backing vocals), Haralds Drexlers (rhythm and solo guitar) and Uldis Knapšis (percussion), Krists Dēvics (rhythm and solo guitar, acoustic guitar) and the singer Jānis Dreimanis.
