In the third quarter of this year, guests from 65 foreign countries spent the night in Liepaja. The most frequent guests in Liepaja are still Lithuanians (4,508 overnight stays from Lithuania or 46% of all foreign guests in total).
Tourists from Germany (1,224 overnight stays), Estonia (617), Poland (523), Denmark (290), Russia (265), Great Britain (233), the Netherlands (214) and other countries also visited and stayed in Liepaja in July, August and September. .
In the 3rd quarter of this year, the Liepāja Region Tourist Information Office served 4,478 visitors – 22% of Liepāja residents, 41% of Latvian travelers and 37% of foreign guests.
