A 32-year-old motorist from Chartres tested positive for alcohol. With 1.2 g of alcohol per liter of blood on the first breath, and 1.3 g on the second breath, he was placed in a drunk tank a few hours before being auditioned, then left free. His license was revoked. He will be summoned to court later.
