Gema –which has become one of the voices of the PAH in recent years– and Javi will give the details of their case this Monday at a press conference, accompanied by the Santander Platform for People Affected by Mortgages (PAH), which has been accompanying since then.

This purchase price seeks to “prevent the purchase of your home for those who have lived in them on a rent-to-own basis for years”, at a time “when the company considers it more profitable to keep tenants for rent”, They point out from Cantabristas, who recall that this promotion of VPOs received at the time 13 million euros of public aid from the Ministry of Housing in 2010, then directed by José María Mazón, of the PRC, today a deputy in Congress, as well as the role of the Cantabrian Executive in the authorization of the operation.
