There has been no art show for three years, and now there is one, at the ‘Jessie Garden Gallery’ in Queen’s Road Central, Central which starts on 16 December and runs for eight days. Finished the art show for Christmas.
When Angel, the young owner of the gallery, said he was going to have an art show for me, I was painting some colorful subjects, some had flowers and animals, and Angcl said the paintings were colorful and nice to look at, and he would add also color to hang at home. Some other friends saw my recent paintings and said my painting style has changed.
In fact, the so-called painting style is all about the mood and the environment. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, bright or dark, hot or cold, the environment often affects the mood. The mood , feelings and impressions will all be displayed on the screen of the work during creation. It’s actually like living a normal life, and everyone understands that. My paintings are sometimes very quiet. The reason why the pictures have become more colorful recently is that Matisse touched my heart. I thought of this Fauvist master, and my brushes naturally became colorful.
Color is a pleasant additive: when color is rendered on pictorial paper, the mood also lights up. So I painted flowers, fat girls, animals, childhood imaginations, animal-dominated circuses, and the ideal world in my heart in a bright mood. I was very happy. So when I thought of the name of the exhibition, I thought of the four words “the beauty of beauty”.
The mood is bright and the beauty is beautiful. A pretty face is the best.
The three-year epidemic has caused chaos in the world and depressed people’s hearts, so I also hope that when friends who look at paintings see these works, they can get rid of bad luck, brighten their mood, and be happy through it . If this effect is achieved, there will be sympathy, a bosom friend, and thus the art will be enhanced.
