LHV Group Announces Premature Cancellation of 40 Million Euro Subordinated Bonds Approved by the European Central Bank

LHV Group announced that it will prematurely cancel the subordinated bonds issued in November 2018 amounting to 40 million. worth of euros. The European Central Bank has approved the decision.

All 40 thousand LHV subordinated bonds of the 2028 series 1 and 2 with a nominal value of 1,000 euros and a total value of 40 million euros will be canceled before the deadline. As redemption payments, bondholders will receive the face value of their respective bonds together with accrued interest until maturity on November 28, 2028. The amount payable to the investor for one bond is 1015 euros.
