Herbert Oschep does not like to be called the second most powerful man in the country, so he remains humble. However, he admits his part in the election success of his boss Hans Peter Doskozil and the SPÖ: “We have been working on it for two years, have not been misled, the plan worked,” said Oschep in an interview with BVZ.
This plan was made up of three in a small group: the frictionless handover of the governor’s chair from Hans Niessl to Doskozil, the implementation of the major issues of minimum wages, organic turnaround and care plan – all the time with nationwide SPÖ defeats.
