LGTBIQA+ Safe Space Burgos denounces that there has been an increase in homophobic attacks in the capital. Throughout 2023, attacks of this nature “are increasing,” according to Espacio Seguro, and the aggressors are getting younger, “many minors,” so the issue of reaching criminal or civil terms “is complicated.”
During the school years, these attacks are concentrated in the educational centers themselves, such as the institutes, “the relationships that are established by coinciding many times in the same classes aggressors and attacked,” the group exposes.
