LG wants compensation from Apple for canceling the production of Apple Watch with MicroLED display

LG has demanded compensation from Apple for canceling the production of MicroLED screens for the Apple Watch in the first half of 2024.

LG spent more than $1 million on preparations for production, but eventually Apple abandoned plans to produce MicroLED displays.

LG will likely raise the prices of OLED screens for iPhones and iPads to offset its costs.
