LG Unveils CineBeam Qube: A Portable 4K UHD Projector for Every Room

The new projector transforms according to LG every room into a cinema. The CineBeam Qube can project in 4K UHD (3,840 by 2,160 pixels) and on a surface up to 120 inches. The brightness of 500 ANSI Lumens is not that high compared to high-end models. There is support for HDR 10, a 450,000:1 contrast ratio and support for 154 percent of DCI-P3. This model is relatively small and compact with a rectangular appearance and a carrying handle that can rotate 360 degrees.

This projector is made to take with you everywhere and we can see that from the specifications. Not as high-end as you would like, but easy to take with you to any room or other location. With dimensions of 80 x 135 x 135 mm and a weight of only 1.49 kilograms, this should not be a problem. This way you have access to a screen of up to 120 inches everywhere.

The CineBeam Qube has inputs for HDMI eARC and USB Type-C. You can control the laser projector via Android or iOS. The projector itself runs on the well-known operating system of LG televisions, namely webOS. In this case webOS 6.0. This gives you direct access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and YouTube.
