LG has just announced three new TWSs in the LG Tone Free lineup that come with several innovative features.
South Korean tech giant LG just introduced three TWS which offers innovative features not yet seen in leading earbud brands, such as Apple and Samsung. They are the LG Tone Free FP9. The Tone Free FP8, and FP5 TWS reflect LG’s plan to increase market share with several innovative technologies.
Reporting from Gizmochina (27/7), the three new earbuds use the spatial processing of headphones from Meridian Audio. It provides a more immersive listening experience for users. The headphones’ spatial processing feature creates a wider and immersive audio soundstage and gives the feeling that music is coming from all directions.
The device also has a unique charging case, with LED UV light to clean each ear tip, and prevent possible bacterial infection in the user’s ear.
Design-wise, the earbuds come with shorter stems than some of their predecessors. It also has more microphones on the earbuds, for better calls and active noise canceling (ANC).
Another innovative feature that complements this product is the Whispering mode, which allows using the right earbud as a microphone where the user can whisper. In addition, the application support provided by the LG Tone Free application, can function as an equalizer, help locate the device, and adjust touch controls.
LG Tone Free FP9. The Tone Free FP8, and FP5 TWS are equipped with a powerful battery that can last up to 24 hours and an additional 14 hours via case charger. Fast charging is also available, which can deliver 1 hour of life in just 5 minutes of charging. The earbuds are also IPX4 certified which provides a level of water resistance.
The three new LG Tone Free earbuds will be available in August, although no pricing details have been released. Three color variants have been prepared for the opening, namely Charcoal Black, Pearl White, and Haze Gold.
