LFK-Beiz Buobenmatt no longer exists

The atmosphere was legendary, but so were the crowds: the glass-roofed conservatory in Lucerne’s Buobenmatt-Passage was transformed into the pub of the Lozärner Fasnachtskomitee (LFK) during carnival. Naturally, plenty of Kafi Huerenaff and Häxetee flowed down their throats, as the sounds of partying and Guuggers hit their ears. “Floss” and “there was”, because the carnival bar is history – won’t be back after the hiatus caused by the pandemic.
