Content of the warning:
Lupudu GmbH accuses the person concerned of having “attached” himself to an offer from Lupudu GmbH on Amazon. Specifically, Lupudu GmbH has offered masks (mouth and nose protection) for sale via Amazon. Under the point “from: _____”, where the brand name of the product is given, the person concerned stated the identical brand name from the offer of Lupudu GmbH. In fact, the person concerned delivered masks from another company. Lupudu GmbH determined this through a test purchase. The person concerned thus violated § 5 I 2 No. 1 UWG.
In addition, the person concerned did not provide an imprint or a link to the OS dispute settlement platform. Thus, there is also a violation of § 3a UWG.

On behalf of Lupudu GmbH, LEXEA Rechtsanwälte demand the submission of a declaration of cease and desist with penalties, information and legal fees of 1,796 euros.
