The original price was $ 57 million, later the Mercedes driver launched it for $ 52 million, but the new owner seems to have paid “only” $ 49.5 million for it.

The 3-storey apartment with an area of ​​827 square meters also boasts 316 square meters of outdoor space. The elevator opens directly into the penthouse and serves each of the three floors of the apartment, which is located on the top floors of a red brick house.
