FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta has hinted quite clearly that Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski could be signed next summer.
The Polish international, under contract until 2023, has been announced at Barça for quite a while. According to the press of his country, he had even informed the staff of the German club that he intended to commit to the Blaugrana, asking on occasion that his transfer be facilitated.
Lewandowski rather than Haaland at Barça?
According to El Mundo Deportivo, it was during a fan autograph session at the Anoeta that Laporta was asked about the possibility of the transfer happening. And he was also asked if there was a better chance of ‘Lewy’ signing rather than Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
