Levy Madinda Joins Persib: Promising to Help Maung Bandung Rise from Adversity

BOBOTOH REPUBLIC – After officially joining Persib, Levy Madinda opened her voice. The Gabon national team midfielder emphasized his readiness to help Maung Bandung rise from adversity.

Persib brought in Levy Madinda on a loan scheme from the Malaysian League board club, Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) FC until December 2023.

After officially joining Persib, Levy Madinda admitted that he was enthusiastic and couldn’t wait to defend Maung Bandung. Even though he still had to take care of administrative requirements, he made sure he would come to Indonesia soon.

“I’m very enthusiastic. I want to be there (Bandung) immediately and start working. Joining Persib is a very good opportunity and I’m ready to give my 100 percent for the team,” Madinda said as quoted on Persib’s website on Monday, July 24, 2023.

Madinda knows that Persib is in a difficult situation after failing to win in the first four matches and she promises to help Maung Bandung get up with hard work and togetherness in the team.

“Yes, I know the team hasn’t had good results recently. Sometimes, football is like that but with everyone in the team together, we can definitely get better results,” he said.

Persib brought Levy Madinda a few hours before registration for the first round of League 1 players for the 2023-2024 season closed on Thursday 20 July 2023.

He was plotted to replace Tyronne del Pino who was injured and chose to return to Spain for healing therapy.**
