Level One Warning for Significant Rainfall and Thunderstorms in Western and Central Bulgaria

Forecasters have issued a level one warning (code yellow) for significant rainfall and thunderstorms in the western and central part of the country.

In places, mainly in mountainous regions, quantities will be between 25-35 mm, in isolated places and more. There is hail conditions as well.

In Eastern Bulgaria, it will only rain and thunder in some areas, there will be more sunny hours there.

Weather in June: Lower temperatures than usual

A light to moderate wind will blow along the Black Sea from the east-northeast.
