Abstract

The main purpose of the research carried out is to evaluate the Level of Knowledge of the Credit Analyst and its Impact on the quality of the service of the San Martín de Porres Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltda in the San Martín Region in 2009. The data that was collected through The use of the instrument, interview guide, was about main concepts that analysts should know, the activities and procedures to be carried out. With respect to the partners, they have been consulted to rate the quality of service to the lending partners of COOPAC San Martín de Porres SR Ltda. Taking into consideration the importance of this study, it can be stated that through training and training, Credit analysts acquire the necessary knowledge and skills so that they can efficiently carry out their work and at the same time better control their activities, which is why today, achieving full customer satisfaction is an essential requirement to earn a place in the minds of clients and therefore in the microfinance market. It was concluded that the credit analysts of the San Martín de Porres Savings and Credit Cooperative present a good level of knowledge, regarding its application and the development of credit procedures and activities, although they are unaware or do not apply some basic concepts about the credit operations services offered by the financial institution. Regarding the quality of service by credit analysts, it is not adequate since it is necessary to improve the good treatment of the member, allowing the service provided to be streamlined.
