FNV boss Tuur Elzinga warns against deception on Prinsjesdag

The Netherlands is heading for a recession if the government and employers do not act quickly. The high prices of groceries and energy are cutting in so hard that people’s purchasing power is declining and an economic cooling is inevitable. That says Tuur Elzinga, chairman of the FNV trade union. He now speaks of ‘a purchasing power crisis’.
