DKW Deutsche Kapitalwert AG, a project developer with a focus on sustainable commercial real estate, has announced the start of sales for the Offenbach construction project “THE STACKS”. The office project at Strahlenberger Straße 127 is part of the Kaiserlei development and has a gross floor area of approx. 24,900 m². The completion of the project development is planned for 2024. blackolive acts as an intermediary for the rental within the framework of a Landlord Advisory mandate. A gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is being sought for the building.
The row of buildings, designed to be use-neutral, is characterized by flexible and adaptive rental units, the use of sustainable building materials and renewable energies, such as a photovoltaic system, extensive greening and the location in the catchment area of economically strong metropolitan areas. Additional services, such as conference rooms, underground parking spaces with electric charging options or the fitness studio, can be booked by the tenant using an app.
“THE STACKS” in Offenbach’s Kaiserlei district will also have a large number of community and event areas, a staff restaurant and large, green terraces with a view of the Main that are accessible to all tenants. The specially developed mobility concept includes bike sharing, car sharing, e-scooters, a bicycle repair shop, an e-car charging station and a mobility monitor for viewing public transport departure times.
