As the 2022 presidential elections approach, the left is advancing in dispersed order: the candidates are numerous and continue their campaign. This Saturday, September 25, Arnaud Montebourg went to Frangy-en-Bresse on the occasion of the Rose Festival. He thus launched his campaign on his land and unveiled the main lines of its program.
No more beekeeping apron, Arnaud Montebourg quickly found his marks as a politician in a tie and shirt arm facing the crowd. At the podium, the former socialist minister and seasoned speaker begins his speech with a joke: “What better way for the ‘remorada’ than the Frangy-en-Bresse football stadium!”, he said to applause.
For 45 minutes, the former minister developed his program : salary increase, nationalization of highways, promotion of “Made in France”, and return to compulsory national service, “the glue of our nation”, judge Arnaud Montebourg. “Medical students will go to medical deserts for treatment,” defends the politician. “They will give their time to the nation which so badly needs it”, he added.
