H3 ARENA / FORNEBU (Nettavisen): In tonight’s “Shall we dance: All stars” show, dance-loving celebrities were presented with various challenges that they had to solve during the training week.
Cengiz Al (24) and dance partner Rikke Lund danced a samba and part of their challenge was to perform a stunt. The dance duo provided perhaps one of the crudest stunts in the history of “Shall we dance”, and it is for good reason that many people were blown away.
As Lund lays down on the floor, the 24-year-old makes a real effort and luckily a back flip lands on his dance partner.
Although the actor did a somersault, he himself did not land his head after the spectacular stunt.
– I’m shaking. It’s so good to bring it out, because we’ve been so excited for a week and trained for it, says Al, who is obviously still adrenaline pumping after the dance stunt.
The “Shame” actor can barely put his feelings into words after the successful stunt and says the adrenaline has almost taken over.
– Watch the broadcast and see the feeling, I can’t describe it, encourages Al and adds:
– It’s such an adrenaline rush, I lose my mind, I’m a completely different person.

The 24-year-old tells Nettavisen that the pair of dancers didn’t try the back flip during every dance practice, and so they hoped they really had the only chance, which they did on Saturday night’s live broadcast.
– It’s about doing everything right with one chance. There’s so much to think about during a backflip, says the avid actor.
But neither Al nor Lund had any doubts that he would get the stunt, their biggest concern being that the timing wasn’t right. But she Lund admits she was pretty scared the first time she tried the somersault.
– I was nervous the first time. But afterwards I was confident that somehow he would get around, says an energetic Lund.
After the stunt, the audience went wild and the dancers got a full plate from the judges. But according to Al, this will be her last stunt.
– I have to take a break, says the 24-year-old.
