lethal Company is a hilariously funny game that’s taking Twitch by storm – Games on DTF

The first time I played Lethal Company, I barely made it 50 meters away from the ship before I sank into quicksand and died. The next time I was destroyed by an automatic turret, not because I stood in its path, but because one of my so-called “friends” hit it with a stop sign in an unsuccessful attempt to break it.

I should have been upset when the game punished me once again, but instead I had a good laugh. Lethal Company is scary, but it uses the power of general horror and slapstick animation to create the funniest game in years. Lethal Company released at the end of October, but the game’s real hype on Twitch happened in mid-November. Just take a look at this wild graph of Steam players:

Communication with the team is very important in the game. The game has a well-designed voice chat that realistically changes the volume of the sound depending on your location. Truly, there is nothing scarier than someone’s voice cutting off mid-sentence: Have they been abducted by an alien or have they simply wandered too far? However, it’s okay – you can purchase long-range radios (for a fee, of course).

Whatever you do, don’t forget the quota. You may have to leave the corpses of your comrades behind (although you’ll get 5 credits for returning them to the ship) and take a lot of risks to collect enough junk. Believe me, you don’t want to get fired.
