The French blood establishment calls on lovers and singles to donate blood for Valentine’s Day.
You can make a donation in fixed centers, notably boulevard Lobau in Nancy or rue des Dames in Metz or even on mobile collections. One is scheduled for this Friday from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in Rambervilliers. It will continue tomorrow from 8:30 am to 12 noon at the Municipal Technical Center. Another collection is scheduled today in Marly from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the CSC Gilbert Jansem. You can make an appointment on mon-rdv-dondesang.efs.santé.fr
To donate, you must be between 18 and 70 years old, weigh at least 50kg, have no flu-like symptoms and bring an identity document. People who have exhibited symptoms of Covid-19 must wait 28 days after symptoms disappear to donate blood.
Note that you can still donate blood despite the curfew. All you have to do is tick the box “assistance to vulnerable people” on the derogatory certificate.
All the information can be found on dondesang.efs.sante.fr
