The partner of Calixto de Jesús Ojeda, 57, the man who was detained minutes after stabbing the bus driver Leonardo Figueroa, dedicated a message to him that day. “Happy birthday and I hope that everything gets better, that it is a passing storm,” the woman wrote in a video with photos of her family.
In addition to greeting him for his birthday, he also wished: “And that we will be together again.” stronger than ever. I love you, I hope you had a nice day, my love.”

According to what the authorities reconstructed, Calixto de Jesús Ojeda murdered the bus driver because he discovered that he was his wife’s alleged lover.
The video, which became the main evidence, showed that Ojeda had planned the attack. He had surgical gloves and wore a cap and a mask to hide his identity. In addition, he was carrying a bag where he hid the knife.
Figueroa, 43, was focused on the road and did not suspect that Ojeda was waiting for him to stop at a stop to stab him twice in the stomach and flee while he bled to death.

The murderer got off the bus with the vehicle in motion and almost fell to the ground. For its part, Figueroa saw the blood stainsbut continued driving several more blocks.
One of the passengers called 911 to warn about the brutal attack that the bus driver suffered a few minutes after 8:30 p.m., when he was traveling on Pereyra Street, between Presa and Rojas.
The driver was urgently transported in the same bus to Cecilia Grierson hospital in Guernicabut he died a few hours later due to the serious injuries caused by the stab wounds.

Another video showed how the person accused of the crime, Calixto de Jesús Ojedagot off the bus and began to run to escape. A few minutes later he was arrested thanks to the intervention of the police. This Wednesday, he was charged with homicide qualified by treachery.

In a June publication, he declared: “Saying I love you sounds very nice, but showing it day by day is better, I still love you my queen,” to which she responded: “You are cuter. I love you”.

However, on August 17, Ojeda published a curious message: “Instead of saying and saying so much, we must do and demonstrate!” After this cryptic publication, Ojeda published two family photos and did not share anything about her partner again.
