The gesture, on the initiative of the prime minister, was captured by image reporters at the end of the press conference announcing the measures for teaching.

António Costa, on the Instagram account “Gov_pt”, hours later, apologized “for the instinctive reaction” and for the “bad example” he gave. “Lesson learned”, reads in stories that show the moment and that the newspaper Observador reproduces on video.
