The noise of air traffic at Schiphol will be limited by the use of navigation satellites. A night regime applies at Schiphol, which means that a maximum of 32,000 night flights per year are allowed. LVNL is working on a number of projects to reduce noise from the airport. The number of night flights must in any case be reduced in the coming years.
