“Lesbian couple welcomes child through unique arrangement with ex-husband”

The story of Linda Fruits, who claimed to be attracted to women when she was still married, had gone viral. One year after her viral story on TikTok, Linda now has a same-sex partner, and recently gave birth to a child.

The relationship between Linda, her girlfriend Maddy and her ex-husband Christopher is quite strange. Linda and Christopher still have a good relationship and raise their two sons together. The three even live together.

After Linda and Maddy started dating, the two also wanted to have children together. This time it wasn’t Linda who was pregnant, but Maddy who experienced her first pregnancy using a sperm donor from Linda’s ex-husband.

Linda and Maddy welcomed their child on Tuesday (16/5/2023). Linda said that the moment of giving birth to Maddy made her so emotional.

“Seeing Maddy give birth was truly amazing. My eyes flooded with tears of love, joy and relief. The whole process of childbirth can strengthen bonds or break them and I have never loved her more,” Linda told People.

As a sperm donor for Maddy, Christopher was also happy about the birth. Linda’s ex-husband said that he would consider Linda and Maddy’s child as his own.

“I’m happy to have another son at home. Elliot and Owen (his son with Linda) are very happy to meet him,” said Christopher.

Linda, who is from Florida, USA, divorced from Christopher Hearting in August 2021 after eight years of marriage. At that time, Linda realized that she was more sexually attracted to women, so that she identified herself as a lesbian.

In November 2021, Linda then contacted Maddy and invited her to live under the same roof with her ex-husband Christopher and their two children.

The two then decided to have children and asked Christopher to become a sperm donor. “We talked about how crazy it would be if Christopher was the donor and our kids could relate. Then we asked him five months later,” Linda reveals on her TikTok.
