It is to the east of the appellation, between Beaucaire and Bellegarde that the participants will cross the vineyard, and this, from Friday evening for a nocturnal walk lit by lanterns where they will be able to enjoy a feast imagined by the association. Gard aux chefs with no less than six dishes served in the wine estates along the route. On Saturday and Sunday, gourmets will be invited to Château Mourgues du Grès to start the 2nd stage of the course. Glass and cutlery in their pockets, they will discover the vineyard and will be able to taste the wines of the 40 winegrowers present on the 7.3 kilometer route. Among these, the Fontaine du Roi or the Domaine des Consuls will open their doors to participants for a tasting of their wines, highlighted by the 6 dishes created by Christophe Ducros, chef of the starred restaurant La Maison d’Uzès. The course will end with music in the middle of the vineyards for a moment of conviviality in the heart of nature.
