But at the same time, you don’t have to be careful at home – mowing the lawn, winterizing and so on.”
One of the key draws of this lavish property are its three expansive terraces. Two northern terraces clock in at 330 square feet each, while the south-facing terrace boasts an impressive 1,237 square feet of space, perfect for enjoying the cityscape and entertaining guests.
Located on the fifth floor, the penthouse offers stunning views of the city while remaining a peaceful haven. “The price is what I see as a disadvantage. I would like to say that you could buy 2-3 houses outside of Prague for that kind of money," noted real estate broker Jakub Jarolímek.
While the price may seem steep, for Mareš, a successful media personality with numerous endorsement deals and a huge social media following, it’s a manageable investment. With his wife also boasting a significant Instagram presence and a large following of 461,000 (as of November 30, 2024), the power couple is no stranger to lucrative partnerships.
