After more than a year of being together, the Cuban influencer Iraisel Pintueles and the professional volleyball player Leonardo Leyva ended their relationship, as confirmed by the athlete himself.
Rumors about a possible breakup have accompanied the couple for a few weeks, due to the silence they have maintained on the networks in recent times. And it is that the couple went from publishing numerous photos and dedications of both together or towards each other, to not publishing anything.
However, this is something that only those who closely follow the couple, or one of the two parties, had noticed, so there was no confirmation of a break up until now, when Leyva himself reported the end of the relationship.
Through his social networks, the athlete confirmed that they are separated, although he reiterated the supposed “great love” that they have, but that it is not so great to keep them together.
“We are going to continue loving each other from another place, our love continues in the family,” he declared, and then referred to Iraisel as “the woman I love.”
The Cuban addressed the rumors and pointed out that people always speak “without knowing” and that it is because of these rumors that he decided to make an official statement, clarifying the love they have for each other, and without giving any real details as to why they ended.
Among all this, Iraisel has not spoken at all about it, but it is suspected that the distance would have been the main reason why the relationship would have ended, since both seem to be on good terms and do not even rule out a future reconciliation.
“Today we don’t know what will happen over time and perhaps we will realize that it was not the best decision and life in one of its laps will surprise us again,” Leyva declared.
“Meanwhile I ask for the respect that the woman I love deserves, we will continue to live one day at a time and in the best way I LOVE YOU FOREVER,” he concluded.
The volleyball player accompanied his words with a short video of a beautiful moment that he lived with Iraisel and her daughter, Daniela, the result of her marriage to the late Cuban reggaeton player El Dany.
Leyva was always very affectionate with the little girl, whom he treated like his own blood, and it is not ruled out that they can get back together when his contract with the South Korean team ends.
