After Leonardo García was evicted from the apartment where he lived after losing a lawsuit against the real estate company he was buying it from, his former lawyer announced that he took legal action against him for the same issue.

José Luis Guerrero, the former legal representative of Andrés García’s son, attacked Leonardo for allegedly speaking against him after not continuing to work with him on the issue of the apartment in which he lived. He said this in a video that was broadcast on De Primera Mano.

The lawyer commented that, supposedly, the actor was not complying with what he asked of him to continue with the process against the company, which were proof of payments, but Leonardo could not give them to him since he stopped paying it in 2015.
