Leonardo DiCaprio sets romance rumors on fire with a model 23 years his junior

It’s no secret that the “hunter of skirts” Leonardo Dicaprio (48) has a reputation for being attracted to young women, preferably half his age.

On social media such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, there are also many “memes” that occasionally humorously point out the fact that DiCaprio women enjoy dating after they have been married for 25 years.

Theories that he shouldn’t date women over the age of 25 have really gained momentum after multiple media outlets reported that DiCaprio and his girlfriend of four years, Camilla Morrone (25) had separated in autumn 2022 – immediately after the latter’s 25th birthday.

After breaking up with his ex-girlfriend, it didn’t take long for DiCaprio to open his eyes to another Hollywood beauty; Model Victoria’s Secret Gigi Hadid (27).

According to Us Weekly the celebs have already started dating in late summer 2022.

– Of course he thinks she’s beautiful, but also that she’s an intelligent and likable character who has a very cultured outlook on life, a source close to DiCaprio tells the website, and continues:

– They have a lot of mutual friends. Everyone is happy to see them together even if for many it was a surprise.

Short-lived happiness

The unconfirmed romance between the actor and the supermodel was said to be short-lived, as it was reported ahead of Christmas that it had apparently been a new woman who had taken the 48-year-old hunk by storm:

Victoria Lamas, 23 years old.

DiCaprio and Lamas were spotted vacationing together on New Year’s Eve, with the latter taking the actor to St. Barts to celebrate the New Year, says a source Page six.

Despite parties previously claiming the two are just good friends, this marks their fourth date in less than a month.

Daughter of an actor

The 23-year-old’s father, popular 80s icon Lorenzo Lamas (64), best known for his role on the reality show ‘Falcon Crest,’ told websites New York Post and People that the daughter was allegedly very enthusiastic about the ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ actor.

– I know she likes it a lot. I’m not sure of the circumstances of their first meeting, but I know they started seeing each other in late November.

According to EOnlineLorenzo Lamas is said to have told his daughter to treat the budding romance like a vacation, where she should just enjoy it while it lasted.

– What if it were to last longer than a normal vacation? Great. If not, he just has to protect her heart. She is still very young.

Though he acknowledges the romance rumors, dad Lorenzo is quick to point out that the two aren’t in a serious relationship yet, and therefore won’t characterize them as a couple.

– It makes my daughter happy. And she loves it. But they are not lovers. Yet.
