The American actor has sold his house in Los Angeles for 4.9 million dollars, or 4.5 million euros.
He had paid a small fortune to offer this 430 square meter residence to his father. Leonardo DiCaprio has sold his Los Feliz home for $4.9 million to singer Miguel. The actor had acquired it in 2018 from the New York musician, Moby, before deciding, four years later, to buy a much larger property for his parent, George DiCaprio.
This charming residence, dating from the 1920s, offers large living rooms, a swimming pool, two parental suites, as well as two other bedrooms. It has a gym, which can be transformed into an office, and a hammam.

The Oscar-winning actor for his performance in ‘The Revenant’ owns many other homes. He owns a town in Palm Springs, a $23 million piece of land atop Paradise Cove in Malibu, a $14 million beachfront home in Malibu, a $10 million mansion in Beverly Hills and several luxury apartments in New York. His main residence is located in the heights of Los Angeles, in the neighborhood of Bird Streets.
