After smashing records in the United States, Léon Marchand is taking part in the 2023 French Swimming Championship, which is being held in Rennes from today until June 16. Absent last year, the Toulouse swimmer, hope of tricolor swimming for the Paris Olympic Games, is trying to prepare as well as possible for the World Swimming Championships this summer in Fukuoka, Japan, from July 14 to 30.

This Sunday, June 11: the 200m breaststroke from 11:30 a.m., final at 6:59 p.m.,
Monday, June 12: the 200m freestyle from 10:45 a.m., final at 6:36 p.m.,
Tuesday, June 13: the 200m butterfly from 10 a.m., final at 6:04 p.m.,
Wednesday, June 14: the 200m medley from 10 a.m.,
Thursday, June 15: the 400m medley from 10:15 a.m., final at 6:16 p.m.
Friday, June 16: the 100m butterfly from 10:20 a.m., final at 6:11 p.m.

And he won’t be the only one to participate: no less than 32 TOEC swimmers from Toulouse arrived in Rennes this weekend to compete in the events.
