After the defeat of Lille in Brest and before the derby between Nice and Monaco, this Ligue 1 multiplex mainly concerned the formations of the second half of the table. Dryly beaten by the Gym last week, the SCO made up for it by strangling a team from Nîmes, which never stops sinking. Winners 5-1 in a Costières which definitely has nothing of the impregnable fortress of yesteryear, the Angevins took the lead after only 40 seconds of play. Pereira-Lage (1st), a double from Bahoken (23rd, 56th) and goals from Diony from the penalty spot (82nd) then from Cabot (90th + 4) offer convincing success and allow their team to climb to 7th place. Conversely, and despite the reduction of the gap from Koné (90th + 2), the Crocos have a fourth setback in a row and occupy a worrying 18th place.

We are now heading to the Felix Bollaert-Delelis stadium where Lens received a completely revived team from Reims for three weeks. Warned, the Sang et Or, authors of an excellent start to the season, were nevertheless very scared. Everything had started well however with the opening of the score signed Banza (21st) only things got complicated after the break. Cafaro (47th) and Dia (54th) turned the situation around. Foket equalized despite himself (77th) but Medina in turn scored in his own goal to restore the advantage to Rémois (79th). Boulaye Dia even thought to seal the fate of this meeting with a sumptuous number (81st) except that Racing managed to snatch a miraculous draw with a double from Sotoca (90th, 90th + 1). The scenario could even have been even crazier if the VAR had not refused this last penalty to the Lensois, who are doing very well with this score of 4-4.
Nantes wins in Lorient
Christian Gourcuff returned to Le Moustoir where he worked as a player and then as a coach for 25 years. This time, he occupied the bench opposite in the skin of the coach of FC Nantes. The decision took a long time to emerge, but it was the Canaries who won 2-0. Dominators, the Hakes failed to convert their opportunities during their highlight in the first period. The debates were balanced during the second half and after this strike on the post of Marveaux (72nd), Bamba (80th) and Blas (83rd) were much more realistic to bring back a precious victory, a 15th place and a little of fresh air to their coach.
Finally, Metz received a Dijon team which had a complicated week with the departures of its trainer Stéphane Jobard and Peguy Luyindula, the sports director. With David Linarès now on the bench, the Burgundians started strong and even took the lead by Baldé (13th). The Messins equalized quickly thanks to Yade (21st). The score did not budge however the facts of the match were numerous between a penalty stopped on each side (by Racioppi in front of Nguette 7th, then Oukidja against Chouiar 30th). The DFCO could even have won at the end if Konaté had done better than find the post (83rd). This draw is not enough for the red lantern even if an outside point is still to be taken, while the Garnets are 8th.
